What about a bath tub...?

After all, our body it's 70 % water...!

The benefits of the bath tub!

Let's start with the fact that the Romans used to have baths before Christ, they used to relax in big hot pools or water thermals. Also being in the water, it gives us the sensation of being back where we came from, inside  our mother without problems just floating!

The fact that take away part of the tension in your muscles is the start of a relaxation that your body will go through and your mind will follow and as both are connected, it will take you slowly in a deep relaxation that will push you to slow down.

You will find that great ideas take shape since you are calmer and more center and whatever pops to your mind it will be less saturated of random ideas since you are more relax. Once you come out of it, it will allow your body to have a deeper rest since all your muscles are more relax and not so tense, giving you a feeling of wellness.

Some ideas to start up while you take a bath, make it an experience and not a duty, kind of like a sanctuary for you, at the end you will be cleaning yourself basically from stress and from the outside pollution. You could use some candles, also bring a beverage that you enjoy, coffee, tea, beer, wine. Also you might bring a book inside, I mean who said there are rules about it….? and you might like to add some essential oils, like lavender for example that will add a little touch to the fact to feel at easy and a general wellness feeling.
