how would you like to feel in harmony by the touch of single smell from mother earth...?

what is aromatherapy and how does it help you...?

Aromatherapy as its name indicates is based flavorings therapy. It is a discipline that uses the therapeutic properties of extracted essential oils from aromatic plants to restore balance and harmony of body and mind for the benefit of our health and beauty... It is mainly based on two senses, smell and touch to harmonize body and soul.

Aromatherapy is a therapeutic discipline that exploits the properties of essential oils. The word "aroma" meaning sweet smell, and "therapy” treatment designed to cure. Unlike other therapies, the healing potential of aromatherapy comes from its ability to promote relaxation and at the same time generates a sense of joy or peace in the receiver.
Aromatherapy does not replace traditional medicine, but accompanies it and makes its effects faster and more durable because they get to the emotional root awakening our own healing energies. Help eliminate unpleasant or toxic effects of allopathic treatments needed. It harmonizes and strengthens us to put "our side" the energy needed for healing.

The aromas act within us by the association of images, avoiding the intervention of our conscious part that analyzes everything and everything translated into understandable words.
This is why it is considered to Aromatherapy as the language of the soul: that our brain perceives through smell, it is in the area of spiritual perceptions, harmonizing our energy body and accessed in this way regulating the area physics that needs to be reconstituted.

In studying Aromatherapy, we focus on the sense of smell and touch as they benefit from aromas. Research has shown that people respond to odors at a higher level than the other senses emotional level. A scent can trigger a succession of almost forgotten memories the area of the brain associated with smell is the same as memory. The olfactory region is the only place in the body where the central system is closely related to the outside world, thus olfactory stimuli flowing directly to the inner core of most of our brain connections. The region of the olfactory neurons is the primary sensory neurons and is part of the brain neurons.

Moreover, when something smells evoking emotional memory, can be related emotions. Thus, the associative memory of smells and situations generate the use of oils for therapeutic use, for consciousness registers the aroma with the setting. Some oils have the ability to transform and balance our emotions, reducing anxiety, depression or mental fatigue.
Aromatherapy acts on the subtle planes why aid to meditation, visualization, concentration and all those techniques to find inner balance and harmony.

Using touch is a human instinct and a fundamental need. Human culture has persistently used the touch as a communication or in a therapeutic context or simply as an expression of care and affection.

Touch also influences the autonomic nervous system, relaxing and invigorating the body at the same time, research has shown that encourages the secretion of endorphins, known as "happy hormones" that act as natural narcotics body by reducing pain and produce a feeling of joy and well-being.
