What are the chakras?
The chakras (energy centres) act as receptors and transmitters. Our physical, emotional and mental well-being is affected by the flow of energy through these centres. Come and let's dive into the wisdom of your own being as we move through the body with breath and meditation to activate and balance these energy centres. Bringing harmony in these areas of your life.
Jas Sethi is a Wellness Coach of body/mind/spirit, Yoga and meditation Teacher of various modalities, Stress and pain management Consultant and Therapeutic Touch Practitioner.
Jas inspires and empowers people to live their best lives. She adds value to the entire experience by incorporating mindfulness, meditation and energetic healing into her practice with a gentle approach. Lessons from her roots of eastern philosophy with balance of western lifestyle has brought depth in her own personal life.
