  • How old is this Therapy and who created it?
    Founder: Per Henrik Ling is the man who invented Swedish massage. He was born in the 1700s in Sweden. This type of massage is a very popular, classic massage and is a big part of the Swedish mentality of well-being.
  • How is it done?
    It’s made on a massage bed. Swedish Massage is an assortment of techniques that were made to relax muscles by applying pressure to them. It also promotes circulation by massaging in the same direction of the blood flows.
  • What are the benefits?
    Releasing toxins from the muscles in the body and promoting the oxygen in the blood flow is the main intention of this wonderful massage. Swedish Massage has many great benefits. It will diminish recovery time due to muscular ache by removing lactic acid, uric acid and other wastes from the tissue. It also calms the nerves and stretches tendons and ligaments in order to keep their elasticity.
  • Is there any contradictions...?
    A Contagious or infectious diseases / Skin Diseases / Open Wounds or sores.
  • How often shoud l take this Therapy...?
    Ideally once a month to keep up and maintain in tune your body but more often we will refer the question to; it depends on how often your body needs it, because everyone it’s different and therefore different needs apply for each individual.
  • How long in time is usually this Therapy for...?
    Time 1h 45 min, 10 min before and after are required for consultation and observation comments.
