How is it done?
It's made on a massage bed, with comfortable clothing. Reiki is a technique that is used to relax, reduce stress and most importantly to promote healing. Reiki is based on the idea that there is a life force energy that flows through all of us, it is what causes us to be alive. If this energy is low, then we are more susceptible to being sick and feeling unwell; if it is high, then we are able to be healthy and happy. This technique allows your Body-Mind to fall in a state of calms that eventually influence your state of well-being.

Ideally once a month to keep up and maintain in tune your body but more often we will refer the question to ; it depends of how often your body needs it, because everyone it’s different and therefore different needs apply for each individual.
