  • How old is this Therapy and who created it?
    Origin: Reiki first began around 770 AD in Tibet. There is literature on Mount Kurama temple tells us that Gantei, a priest, originally found Reiki. It was only during the 19th century was extended by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese monk.
  • How is it done?
    It's made on a massage bed, with comfortable clothing. Reiki is a technique that is used to relax, reduce stress and most importantly to promote healing. Reiki is based on the idea that there is a life force energy that flows through all of us, it is what causes us to be alive. If this energy is low, then we are more susceptible to being sick and feeling unwell; if it is high, then we are able to be healthy and happy. This technique allows your Body-Mind to fall in a state of calms that eventually influence your state of well-being.

    Reiki is very beneficial and can do a lot for you. It will boost your immune system, as well as remove toxins from the body. It gets to the roots of any problem, allowing you to heal faster, and better. It addresses all levels such as emotional, physical, and spiritual.
  • Is there any contradictions...?
    None, unless any kind of medical restriction was made.
  • How often shoud l take this Theraphy...?
    Ideally once a month to keep up and maintain in tune your body but more often we will refer the question to ; it depends of how often your body needs it, because everyone it’s different and therefore different needs apply for each individual.
  • How long in time is usually this Theraphy for...?
    Time 1h 45 min + 10 min before and after are required for consultation and observation comments.
