It’s made on a massage bed, with volcanic stones “Basaltic stones “, the particularly of these stones is the fact that they are capable to acquire heat pretty fast and retain it.
The therapist will mix massage oil with the stones and massage the body with them. They are hot, but not hot enough to burn.

The heat will also calm the body, the nervous system, the mind and improve circulation.

Ideally once a month to keep up and maintain in tune your body but more often we will refer the question to; it depends on how often your body needs it, because everyone it’s different and therefore different needs apply for each individual.
